We keep it simple. Since we only serve verified law enforcement officers here in Hawaii—and deliver directly to your district—we don’t expect many issues. But if something’s not right, we’ll make it right. Fast.


How We Handle Returns

If you received the wrong item, something’s missing, or it arrived damaged, just reach out to us. We’ll either:

  • Swap it out in person (usually the next day), or

  • Issue a full refund—your call.

No forms, no red tape. Just let us know what happened and we’ll take care of it.


Return Window
  • You have 30 days from delivery to report any issues.

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as delivered. We’ll meet you directly or coordinate the pickup/drop-off.

Placing a bulk order for your station or unit?

We’ll coordinate directly with your station’s point of contact if anything needs to be swapped or corrected. We’ve got your back.
